Orders are processed Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm and are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Shipment may only be made to physical addresses, not PO Box Numbers

 

Deliveries are made by courier. If you are not available to receive the article at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address. If you do not want this to occur, please advise us at the time of placing your order. The courier will then leave a note for you to phone and arrange delivery/pickup.

 

No proof of delivery will be available if you are not available to sign for the delivery. In these circumstances the courier’s run sheet and note will be taken as proof of delivery.

 

Please check your delivery details carefully as charges may be incurred for re-delivery of parcels to corrected addresses.

 

Delivery to online store customers is a $7.99 Flat Rate for New Zealand addresses.

 

Delivery charges to distributors will be advised at the time of order.  Rural addresses may incur a surcharge which will be advised at the time of invoice.
